Rafting in Sjoa

The Sjoa River is one of the world’s best for rafting and other water activities. It flows from Lake Gjende (984 moh.) At Besseggen to the village Sjoa in Gudbrandsdalen, where it flows into Gudbrandsdalslågen. The river flows through Sjodalen and Heidal.
